About Me
Hello! I live in Vermont, USA. I have worked as a pastoral counselor for many years before I was blessed with an alcohol free lifestyle. One of my favorite activities is time with my beautiful dog Bella, who loves romps in the woods where she is always finding some new rocks or splashing in muddy brooks.

The alcohol free life that I am living is a gift that I want to share with you. For MANY years I walked in darkness, using alcohol for all of life's events, happy, sad or in-between. I knew that I had no control over the alcohol, but couldn't admit it to myself. When I finally admitted it, I could do nothing to change my behaviors .. alcohol had me, period.

In 2009, it all changed.

I trained with This Naked Mind Institute, earning certification in Affective Liminal Psychology, to further my life's mission of helping others to understand the absolute GIFT they are without alcohol.

" ... it was then that I carried you."
